I’m a Mom of Four, an Army Wife, and a total introverted extrovert — if that’s even a thing! I love to exercise and move my body just as much as I love a good piece of chocolate cake and glass of Malbec.

For me, what you see is what you get; usually no frills, just me, in this crazy life of raising babies and standing by their Daddy as he pursues his purpose of Country. In this space, I hope you find relatability and a sense of belonging, because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that Moms work their butts off and we need to be told we are awesome every once and awhile too.
